Conditions for returns and exchanges
Mandatory presentation of purchase invoice and order number.
The Customer must ensure that:
The items are in the exact condition as they were at the time of delivery, accompanied by the respective warranty certificates, instructions, packaging, any accessories, and/or other documents that accompany the products.
The returned items are in the same condition as they were sent, and the customer is responsible for any damage to the products caused by improper handling.
Once the products are returned, our technical services will proceed with their analysis and verification of the condition they are in, and the effective return of all referred elements will be made:
- Exchanges or returns of products showing signs of use or misuse (including, without limitation, scratches, signs of falls, blows or impacts, and signs of moisture in products that are not water-resistant) or with the tamper-proof seal removed/damaged will not be accepted. In these cases, Eon Watches will not refund the amount paid for the products in question.
- Exchanges or returns of items customized by the customer or personalized according to their specifications will not be accepted.
- Returns due to a change of mind about the purchase of the item will not be accepted. Although, depending on the product, we may proceed with a possible exchange.
After analysis by Eon Watches' technical services, and if the returned products meet the above conditions, the amount paid by the Customer (excluding any additional costs resulting from their choice of a different shipping method than the least expensive normal shipping method offered by us) will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 days from the date the product was received by us.
The credit will be made using the same payment method used in the order. When credit to the same payment method is not possible (e.g., MBWay or Multibanco), we will request the Customer to provide the IBAN where they wish to receive the refund.
All elements provided with the product (including respective packaging and any accessories) are essential for the possible return or exchange of the product. The warranty certificate and the respective purchase invoice are absolutely necessary for exercising the rights arising from the legal warranty.
